Declaring 'Yes' signifies your commitment to attend and pay all associated meet fees, which will be billed to your account. Fees are non-refundable.
Host: Winskill Dolphins Swim Club
Dates: October 25 – October 26, 2025
Location: Watermania, 14300 Entertainment Blvd, Richmond, BC
Course: Short Course Meters (SCM), 8-lane 25m pool with electronic timing
Warm-up / Swim Down:
Warm-ups may be blocked. Your coach will confirm your warm-up time. Two warm-up/warm-down lanes will be available throughout the meet.
Format: Timed Finals
Eligibility: Swimmers must be registered with Swim BC or a World Aquatics affiliate.

Minimum standards apply (200 IM under 4:00; 400 Free requires 200 Free under 3:15; 400 IM requires 200 IM under 3:40).

Age groups: 10 & under, 11–12, 13–14, 15 & over.

PARA swimmers welcome.
Expectations:
All participants must wear their team uniform and follow the Olympians Swimming Code of Conduct, facility rules, and Swim BC meet rules.
Volunteering:
Each attending family is expected to support the meet by officiating or timing.
Declaration Deadline: Friday, October 12, 2025 (11:59 pm)
Cost:

$13 per event ($8 for 25m events)

$5 Swim BC competition surcharge per swimmer

$20 per deck entry (cash only, permitted only for swimmers already entered in the meet)
No refunds will be allowed after the scratch deadline (October 20, 2025, at 5:00 pm) without a doctor’s note.
