Declaring 'Yes' signifies your commitment to attend and pay all associated meet fees, which will be billed to your account. Fees are non-refundable.

Warm-up / Swim Down:
Warm up is subjected to be split into two. Your coach will tell you ahead of time.
Warm down is i the 2x 21.5 meter widths
Format: Timed Finals
Eligibility: Provincial Developmement groups & Red groups
Expectations: All participants are required to wear their team uniform and abide by the Olympians Swimming Code of Conduct, facility, and meet rules.
Volunteering: It is expected that a minimum of one volunteer per family helps by officiating or timing.
Declaration Deadline: Saturday, October 6, 2025
Cost: As stated by the club "Entry fees are $13 per event plus $5 Swim BC competition surcharge. Deck entries are $20.00 per event (Deck entries fees are to be paid before the event by cash). Deck entries for swimmers not already entered in the meet must be accompanied by proof of current registration, including name spelling as it appears in the SNC registration system, date of birth and SNC registration number. Deck entries only permitted in empty lanes. No new heats will be created.
No refunds will be allowed after the scratch deadline without a doctors note."
