Declaring 'Yes' signifies your commitment to attend and pay all associated meet fees, which will be billed to your account. Fees are non-refundable.

Format: Heats & Finals

Events: 

Eligibility: White 3, Red 6, Divisional, Provincial and National Groups

Expectations: All participants are required to wear their team uniform and abide by the Olympians Swimming Code of Conduct, facility, and meet rules.

Volunteering:

Volunteer Commitment Fee: A Volunteer Commitment Fee is assessed per registered swimmer participating in the meet. This fee encourages and supports the essential family participation required to successfully run our events by providing an incentive to volunteer. 

A $50.00 fee will be assessed per participating swimmer. Families can earn back the full $50.00 by working two (2) volunteer sessions ($25.00 earned per session worked) at the competition. 

Please note that when the Volunteer Commitment Fee is applied, Olympians will waive the $20.00 per swimmer, per day Coaching Fee. Supporting our hosted meets through volunteering is vital for the success of our competitions. We continue to support and encourage volunteerism through initiatives such as Officials Development Programs, volunteer recognition events, and volunteer prize draws at select meets. 

Volunteer Prize Draws: Volunteers who work eligible sessions will be entered into random prize draws. Prizes may include: 

-Grand Prize: Waiver of One Month's Program Fee

-Second & Third Prizes: Waiver of Meet Entry Fees for a specified competition.
