Dates: Saturday, October 11, 2025
Time: 5:45 am - 12:00 pm (Once the entries are processed, we may ask swimmers to come in later - prior to their event.)
Location: Walnut Grove Community Centre, Langley, BC
Course: Short Course Meters (SCM)
Warm-up / Swim Down: We will have 3 to 4 continuous warm-up / swim down lanes for the duration.
Format: Timed Finals
Events: 1500 Free, 800 Free, 400 Free
Eligibility: Divisional 5 & Divisionsl 6 (400 Free Only), Red, Provincial, and National Groups.
Expectations:All participants are required to wear their team uniform and abide by the Olympians Swimming Code of Conduct, facility, and meet rules.
Volunteering: It is expected that a minimum of one volunteer per family helps by officiating or timing.
